Witness help
Two legal witnesses if you need them: $130 inc GST.
After-hours booking
Before 9am or after 5pm: $300 inc GST.
Travel outside the included area
We quote any extra travel before you confirm.
Interpreter support
If an interpreter is required, the cost depends on language and availability.
Official marriage certificate
Your official certificate is ordered separately through NSW Births, Deaths and Marriages. Their fee is set by them.

Common questions before you book
When do we pay?
The paperwork-only fee is paid when you book.
What happens after we book?
You prepare the NOIM, have it witnessed properly, and send the paperwork through. Once we receive it, we confirm the date, time, and place subject to availability.
Does the fee include the official NSW marriage certificate?
No. That certificate is ordered separately through NSW Births, Deaths and Marriages.
Is this for weddings?
No. This fee is for the paperwork-only, registry-style service only.
Can we still book if one of us is overseas?
Yes, as long as you can meet the legal requirements and timing rules.
